Anna’s yoga classes are inspiring, calming, and perfectly balanced for both body and mind. You leave each session feeling stronger, more relaxed, and excited to come back again!

Anna is the most amazing instructor! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. She brings much kindness and humour to her classes. You always feel safe with her as your teacher and as a result you grow in your practice and as a person. I’m grateful to all the work she puts in, in the session and outside. She is constantly looking to deepen her practice and knowledge and is extremely generous with passing all that she learns on to her students!!
